Gaming Equipment Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage and track gaming equipment inventory, including cards, dice, and roulette wheels
• Ensure live casino tables are properly stocked with equipment in pristine condition
• Coordinate with shift managers, supervisors, trainers, and QA teams
• Track inventory for testing and photo shoot equipment
• Place orders for new studio launches, including felts, balls, dice, and rims
• Inspect playing card orders for defects and inconsistencies
• Perform administrative tasks and uphold operational procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in gaming operations or a warehouse environment
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and a high focus on quality
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Proficiency with the MS Office suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience specifically managing gaming equipment inventory
• Knowledge of casino gaming procedures and industry terminology
