About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the Gamification & Retention strategy using a consumer-brand mindset for campaigns and rewards
- Design and execute gamification mechanics that drive community engagement
- Identify commercial opportunities to balance short-term revenue with long-term player value
- Use content-led activations to support lifecycle campaigns and drive new player growth
- Analyze player behavior data to identify trends and spot churn risks
- Track end-to-end performance of brand activation campaigns and connect engagement to revenue outcomes
- Iterate on campaign strategy using performance data to build a continuous feedback loop
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in a retention team supporting gamification features
- Understanding of how to build emotional connections at scale via content and rewards
- Creative thinker with a commercial edge and ability to build business cases
- Knowledge of brand activation campaigns across the full funnel
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously
- Proficiency in both data analysis and creative brainstorming
