Games Producer

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a multidisciplinary team to ensure project delivery.
• Manage department schedules to ensure milestones are detailed and delivered as expected.
• Create realistic production schedules and milestone content in coordination with team leads.
• Manage the project budget, including resource requirements and tracking actual vs. planned spend.
• Ensure project scope is adhered to and resolve conflicts between schedule, budget, and design goals.
• Communicate project progress to the Production Director and internal senior management.
• Foster positive working relationships and effective communication across the team.
• Work closely with international publishers and keep abreast of current market trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a production role with at least one shipped title.
• Strong team management skills with experience motivating developers across all disciplines.
• Robust risk analysis skills regarding scheduling, budget, personnel, and design.
• Ability to identify and communicate project milestone goals and objectives.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, G-Suite, Excel, and other project management tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A passion for game development and a willingness to go the extra mile.
