Responsibilities

• Drive and execute player protection actions for For Honor, from identification to validation
• Coordinate and implement anti-cheat and anti-exploitation measures, including patch validation
• Analyze and process matchmaking abuses, sanction evasion, and recidivism
• Conduct operational responses related to toxicity and abusive behavior with partner teams
• Orchestrate incident management, including sanctions, fixes, and follow-ups
• Apply and maintain decision matrices to ensure consistent and fair interventions
• Monitor risks, trends, and results related to player protection in a live environment
• Act as the operational point of contact for game security within the For Honor team
• Raise awareness among teams regarding security, fairness, and player experience issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement through threat monitoring and incident retrospectives

Requirements

• Knowledge or understanding of online games or live operations related to security or moderation
• Ability to execute and complete cross-functional actions in a live context
• Good understanding of game security risks, abuses, and exploitations
• Player-centric approach focused on fairness and community health
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Comfort with data and indicators to support operational decisions
• Ability to clearly document findings, decisions, and results in shareable formats
• Collaborative spirit and respect for diverse viewpoints
