Game Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business development opportunities with game studios
• Plan in-game AI features and establish project roadmaps for end-to-end execution
• Lead the design and development of customized AI solutions in collaboration with AI engineers and researchers
• Validate user value for in-game AI features through PoC and pilot design, operation, and analysis
• Derive product enhancement directions and modularization strategies based on performance data
• Evaluate commercialization potential of internal modules and contribute to external sales strategies

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product/business strategy or commercialization
• Experience leading a product or service from end-to-end through launch and operation
• Proven ability to define and execute new business opportunities in uncertain environments
• Practical understanding of game industry business structures and development pipelines
• Experience collaborating with engineers and cross-functional teams to lead product development
• Experience making data-driven decisions using metrics and experimental design
• Ability to travel overseas if required

Preferred Qualifications

• B2B business development experience targeting game companies or platforms
• Experience planning, developing, or operating AI/ML-based products or services
• Experience building products or businesses from the ground up (0 to 1 stage)
• Experience with game AI projects such as In-game AI, NPC AI, or procedural content generation
• Experience collaborating with global game markets and overseas studios
• Experience in strategic consulting or structuring and solving business problems
