Game Producer III

Responsibilities

• Drive complex slot game projects and technical initiatives from concept through regulatory approval
• Lead cross-functional teams including Designers, Artists, Engineers, Mathematicians, and QA
• Manage sprint planning, backlog refinement, and milestone execution
• Identify delivery, quality, and cost risks early and propose strategic tradeoffs
• Optimize studio workflows using Jira and Confluence, including automation and dashboard configuration
• Mentor other producers and cross-functional partners to elevate team capabilities

Requirements

• 5+ years in game production, software project management, or technical production
• Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence (configuration, workflows, and automations)
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Deep understanding of game development pipelines and cross-discipline dependencies
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working specifically within the video game industry
