Game Presenter Team Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to support professional growth
• Manage staff in accordance with company policies, including supervision, absence management, and disciplinary issues
• Promote effective teamwork through clear communication and regular team meetings
• Identify individual and team learning and development needs and coordinate training activities
• Ensure all services are delivered within the framework of core values and established KPIs

Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous experience in a management or similar leadership role
• Advanced level of English (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency with Office 365 and general PC skills
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and conflict management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
• Availability to work various shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic qualification in Management
• Previous experience within the iGaming industry or a Live Casino environment
