Game Presenter

Responsibilities

• Present live gaming tables and conduct games professionally in accordance with company procedures and gaming regulations
• Ensure the highest standards of efficient dealing, game management, and customer satisfaction
• Greet new players warmly and create a pleasant, friendly atmosphere through tone of voice, facial expression, posture, and attitude
• Explain game rules to customers and manage betting procedures accurately, including calling "no more bets" in good time
• Maintain clear commentary on all transactions and uphold security against cheating
• Notify supervisors immediately of any equipment malfunction and collaborate to improve games and related matters
• Maintain excellent customer relations and protect company reputation at all times
• Give appropriate handover at change of shift and keep tables and surroundings free of clutter

Requirements

• Brazilian Portuguese speaking
• Good command of English
• Excellent communication skills
• Smart appearance
• Basic IT knowledge
• Team player with a flexible approach to work
• Previous experience in a similar job and gaming knowledge considered an asset
