About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute daily operations of recreational stalls and attractions according to departmental SOPs
- Monitor area cleanliness, guest service quality, and queue flow to ensure a smooth experience
- Assist guests with directions, services, or concerns while maintaining a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards to ensure guest zones remain hazard-free
- Comply with PPE requirements and cleanliness protocols
- Work collaboratively with peers and provide accurate shift handover details
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in hospitality, operations, or customer service
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
- Proven teamwork and time management skills
- Basic understanding of safety protocols
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Experience with POS systems or mobile communication tools is a plus
- Energetic, service-oriented, and able to work under pressure
