Responsibilities

• Implement game logic and systems in C# using Unity
• Adapt and work within an existing code base, enhancing its functionality, stability and performance
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Game Artists, Tech Engineers, and Data Analysts
• Work closely with small teams of Unity Game Developers and Artists
• Provide guidance and share expertise with the team
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality results

Requirements

• Advanced Unity knowledge (3y+)
• Proficiency in C# scripting, UI systems, animation, and particle systems
• Previous experience in the game production process
• Skilled in identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing optimizations (memory management, frame rate, load times)
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork mindset
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with analytics-driven development
• Experience with A/B testing in live games
