Responsibilities

• Define a clear, cohesive design pipeline
• Pitch and implement big features to the team, deconstructing them into smaller components
• Own game balancing, pace, and feel
• Back up ideas with available data points
• Deconstruct and analyze mobile game mechanics
• Get involved in all aspects of game development including UI, UX, logic, and performance
• Benchmark the market to stay on top of new trends
• Use models and tools to analyze gameplay and user behavior

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Game Development
• At least 3 years of experience as a Game Designer
• Experience working on mobile games (F2P or RPG)
• Proficiency in Unity is a huge plus
• Familiarity with Figma or similar visual collaboration software
• Ability to create playable prototypes individually and within a team
• Strong English communication skills
• Knowledge of casual games

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing LiveOps for a live product
• Creative and hacker mindset
• Deep collaboration mindset and ability to act on feedback
