Game Analytics Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve relevant and actionable KPIs for the studio
• Develop statistical and predictive models to deepen understanding of game performance
• Standardize and harmonize KPI analysis frameworks for consistent comparisons
• Promote analytical best practices through community animation and knowledge sharing
• Propose improvements to studio tools, processes, and data flows
• Evaluate analytical talent development needs within the organization
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Publishing, Marketing, and HR teams
• Recruit and grow a high-performing analytical team aligned with strategic objectives
• Define objectives, mobilize the team, and supervise daily activities
• Support team member development and monitor performance

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of statistical methods including sampling, machine learning, and A/B testing
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, Python, and SQL
• Good understanding of computer science concepts related to data management and software development
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to lead change projects involving multiple departments
• Excellent analysis and synthesis skills
