Galleri Mobile Draw Experience Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onsite event management for Galleri blood draw events across the GRAIL customer base.
• Serve as a liaison between Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, and Lab Operations to ensure seamless event execution.
• Coordinate pre- and post-event work, including mobile tour stops, onsite customer office events, and customer visits to GRAIL offices.
• Maintain detailed project plans and tracking tools to manage event logistics and timelines.
• Schedule vendors and partners, such as phlebotomists and ordering provider networks, for testing events.
• Lead blood draw events by coordinating internal and external staff to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• Collect event feedback and provide post-event reporting to enable future scaling and process improvements.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, event planning, account management, or event coordination.
• Ability to travel up to 90% to support onsite events across the East Coast and Central regions.
• Meticulous organization skills with a strong orientation toward operations and follow-through.
• Excellent verbal, written, and face-to-face communication skills for customer service.
• A positive, "can-do" attitude and a willingness to work in a hands-on, field-based capacity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting in-person clinical operations or events involving multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to create order and remain effective in fast-paced or chaotic environments.
• Experience supporting a sales organization and the ability to influence effectively.
• Proficiency with project management software, such as Asana.
