About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical development and optimization of the Gainsight Customer Success Platform through configuration, data integration, and workflow automation.
- Own the configuration of Gainsight features including Rules Engine, Journey Orchestrator, CTAs, Scorecards, Programs, and Playbooks.
- Design and implement customer lifecycle programs to automate onboarding, health scoring, renewal risk, and expansion signals.
- Build and maintain end-to-end integrations between Gainsight and platforms such as Salesforce and product telemetry systems.
- Implement and maintain AI-based engagement scoring, sentiment analysis, and churn prediction within the platform.
- Build business-centric reports and dashboards using Reporting 2.0 and CX Center.
- Support end users by resolving platform issues and training power users.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience with Gainsight development and administration.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven ability to configure Rules Engine, Programs, Scorecards, and playbooks.
- Strong SQL skills, specifically with joins, aggregations, and nested queries.
- Gainsight Level 3 Admin Certification or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience integrating multiple systems and working with APIs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a globally distributed team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
- Expertise in working with Web services and APIs (RESTful and SOAP).
- Ability to produce architecture diagrams and integration specifications.
- Exposure to AI/ML tools like OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, or Gainsight AI.
- Experience with Git version control or similar ALM tooling.
