Cape is America’s privacy-first mobile carrier. Founded in 2022, Cape is building a secure network from the ground up to provide consumers, businesses, and government agencies with a suite of privacy and security features that legacy systems cannot offer.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruiting goals and hiring targets
- Partner with hiring teams to develop full-cycle hiring strategies and interview criteria
- Build close business relationships with hiring managers and executives to influence role scoping
- Build talent pipelines for multiple technical job requisitions simultaneously
- Run searches and engage passive candidates via Ashby, LinkedIn, and Google Search
- Execute effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches
- Provide exceptional interview experiences for all parties
Requirements
- 4+ years of in-house recruiting experience
- Experience working in tech startups and fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to build and manage a diverse talent pipeline
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships with active and passive candidates at all levels
