FX Strats - AVP

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quantitative models and strategies to optimize trading decisions, pricing, and risk management.
• Design and develop trading dashboards and tools to manage P&L and monitor risk using advanced analytics.
• Conduct in-depth research, data analysis, and statistical modeling to derive insights into market trends and risk dynamics.
• Provide front-office infrastructure support through the ownership and maintenance of analytical libraries.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trading, and Structuring teams to identify client needs and develop customized solutions.
• Lead strategic technology and analytical projects, ensuring adherence to robust risk and control frameworks.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Python, including experience with data analysis libraries.
• Strong understanding of FX Options, FX, and FX derivatives.
• Experience building UI dashboards using Dash (Python) or React.
• Knowledge of modern development tools and practices, including GitLab, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Proven ability in quantitative modeling and strategy development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience in investment banking, specifically within FX Trading, Structuring, Strats, or Quant roles.
• Experience in API development and integrations.
• Knowledge of Rates or other Macro products.
• Experience in Front Office or Middle Office management.
