FX Sales Trader

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage FX solutions for UK large cap clients with £500m+ business turnover
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive sales and voice-led engagement
• Monitor and analyze foreign exchange markets to provide timely, relevant market insights
• Execute FX trades accurately while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements
• Identify and manage risks associated with FX trading in accordance with internal policies
• Collaborate with compliance, operations, and research departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Identify new business opportunities to expand the client base and drive revenue growth

Requirements

• 8+ years of banking experience in the FX space
• A transferable client base with a focus on large cap entities
• Strong background in structured FX, specifically in cashflow management or deal-led hedging
• Proven experience working within a regulated financial services environment
• Deep knowledge of derivatives, structured products, and credit structures
• Entrepreneurial and business development mindset to drive growth within the segment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with both public and private transactions
• Familiarity with ancillary services such as debt and advisory
• Interest in or exposure to digital assets, including blockchain mechanics and stablecoins
• Ability to work closely with interest rate hedging capabilities to provide joined-up solutions
