FX Sales Trader

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored FX solutions to meet their specific needs
• Monitor and analyze foreign exchange markets to deliver timely and relevant market insights to clients
• Execute FX trades on behalf of clients with high accuracy and strict adherence to regulatory requirements
• Identify and manage risks associated with FX trading activities in line with internal and external policies
• Proactively identify new business opportunities to expand the client base through active sales efforts
• Maintain accurate records of all trading activities and prepare regular reports for clients and management
• Collaborate with compliance, operations, and research departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FX Sales or Corporate Sales (B2B)
• Fluent Italian and good English communication skills
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop effective sales strategies
• Comfortable utilizing a phone sales approach to engage prospects
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Skilled in establishing and nurturing long-term professional relationships

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a commercial bank or an FX broker dealing with SMEs
