FX Sales - Alternatives, Assistant Vice President

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of institutional client FX relationships with a focus on the alternatives segment
• Prospect new clients and grow the existing franchise by leveraging trading, research, and technology tools
• Achieve goals regarding client acquisition, business volume, and cross-selling
• Collaborate with trading and strategy teams to deliver quantitative indicators and macro thought leadership
• Assume responsibility for new business initiatives and corporate-wide projects
• Pursue risk excellence by adhering to procedures, regulations, and credit limits
• Leverage e-FX technology and data to drive effective business growth and trading volumes

Requirements

• BS/BA degree required
• 3-5 years of Front Office experience in FX or related markets
• Strong understanding of foreign exchange and interest rate derivative trading products
• Detailed understanding of the regulatory environment and market structure
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team orientation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or CFA designation
• Proficiency in a foreign language
