Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and secure new partnerships to drive strategic growth
• Foster strong, long-term relationships with partners as a trusted advisor
• Structure and negotiate partnership agreements and commission frameworks
• Collaborate with partners to deliver trading volume and new client acquisition
• Deliver tailored training and branded resources to empower partners
• Analyze partner activity and results using advanced metrics
• Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory shifts
• Work with internal Sales, Marketing, Product, and Compliance teams
• Uphold regulatory standards and internal policies across all partner activities

Requirements

• Proven experience in partnership development, preferably in financial services or fintech
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated analytical abilities and results orientation
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, globally connected environment
