FX Institutional Sales Broker - VP

Responsibilities

• Deal in FX emerging markets and FX Derivatives products
• Manage and grow a portfolio of institutional clients, including banks, hedge funds, and corporates
• Drive P&L through strategic market analysis and product insight
• Assist with the onboarding and maintenance of new and existing client relationships
• Collaborate with central operations, technology, and risk management functions
• Ensure strict compliance with FCA and other relevant financial regulatory requirements
• Adhere to operational risk frameworks and escalate risk events immediately
• Liaise with clients across US, UK, France, EMEA, and APAC regions

Requirements

• Proven experience working with FX Derivatives and emerging markets
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial service markets and regulatory requirements
• Experience operating within a highly regulated environment
• Strong analytical skills to support market and product strategy
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client engagement

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting an institutional client base through complex infrastructural processes
• Demonstrated ability to build and influence professional networks in capital markets
