FX Institutional Sales Broker - Director

Responsibilities

• Deal in FX emerging markets and FX Derivatives products.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of institutional clients, including banks, hedge funds, central banks, and trading houses.
• Lead client onboarding and maintain long-term relationships through proactive engagement and advisory.
• Strategize to increase P&L through deep analysis of markets and products.
• Collaborate with central operations, technology, and risk management functions to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Ensure strict compliance with FCA and other relevant financial regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks.
• Liaise with global clients across US, UK, France, EMEA, and APAC regions.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in FX Derivatives and emerging markets.
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial service markets and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage institutional client relationships and drive new business flow.
• Experience working within a highly regulated financial environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the infrastructural support required to serve a global institutional client base.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including objective setting and performance management.
• Ability to act as a strategic collaborator with high levels of agility and insight.
