About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow personal revenue by leading from the front in terms of performance
- Ensure all revenue targets are met in accordance with FCA regulations
- Prioritize client interests in all dealing team activities
- Create and deliver regular performance reports and updates to the Head of Dealing
- Work across the business to develop efficient workflows and processes
- Collaborate with internal Operations, Sales, Legal, and Compliance teams to resolve client issues
- Stay updated on market structure changes and regulations to foster a high-performing, compliant culture
Requirements
- 5+ years of significant experience as an FX Dealer
- Proven expertise in client-facing structuring, selling, and dealing of FX products
- Essential experience working with structured products
- An existing client portfolio, with a preference for Canadian corporates
