FX Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential corporate clients (SMEs to large corporates) with FX or interest rate exposure.
• Execute structured outreach campaigns via cold calls, LinkedIn, email, and referrals to map key decision-makers.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through continuous networking at industry events, conferences, and seminars.
• Engage prospective clients to understand treasury and risk management challenges and position hedging products effectively.
• Collaborate with structuring and trading teams to deliver bespoke derivative solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to client onboarding.
• Maintain detailed CRM records and provide accurate reporting on activity, pipeline, and conversion metrics.

Requirements

• Proven track record in commodity derivatives sales or similar financial product business development.
• Deep familiarity with financial derivatives, including FX Forwards, Options, and Structures.
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills with a focus on converting prospects into long-term clients.
• Experience with CRM management and maintaining detailed activity records.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Strong commitment to risk and compliance ethics and regulatory standards.
