FX Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and convert new Turkish-speaking clients for the Group’s products and services
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients to ensure retention and increased lifetime value
• Support clients through the onboarding journey, including account opening, KYC documentation, and platform setup
• Proactively follow up on dormant or inactive accounts to improve activation and retention
• Provide clients with product information and platform education in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate records of client activity and pipeline progress within the CRM system
• Achieve individual sales, retention, deposit, and revenue KPIs

Requirements

• Fluency in Turkish and English (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Retention within a Forex/CFD broker
• Solid understanding of Forex, CFDs, and financial market dynamics
• Hands-on experience with MT4, MT5, or similar trading platforms
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding acquisition and revenue targets
• Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Existing network of Turkish-speaking clients, IBs, or money managers
• Knowledge of the CIS/Turkish-speaking trader landscape
• Experience working within a regulated brokerage environment
