About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of active clients
- Execute FX transactions including spot, forward, and hedging solutions
- Proactively manage and grow portfolio through cross-selling and up-selling
- Build and maintain long-term strategic client relationships
- Provide market insights and FX guidance to help clients navigate volatility
- Analyze client FX exposure and propose tailored hedging solutions
- Collaborate with Sales, Dealing, and Operations teams
- Monitor market movements to identify trading opportunities
- Drive client adoption of the platform and contribute to client retention
Requirements
- Proven experience in FX sales, dealing, or account management
- Strong knowledge of FX products and international payments
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and generate revenue
- Solid understanding of financial markets and currency risk management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Client-focused mindset with a consultative approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Fluency in English
