Future Team Leader AU Air Team

Responsibilities

• Support the Air Team Leader with day-to-day team operations and performance management
• Provide on-the-floor coaching, mentoring, and escalation support to consultants
• Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing team development
• Monitor service quality, productivity, and customer experience standards
• Manage complex customer queries, escalations, and ZEN assignments
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding air functions, upgrades, and cancellations
• Champion a high-performance, customer-first team culture

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the travel industry
• Strong air knowledge and booking expertise
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor others
• Track record of achieving sales targets and operational KPIs
• Experience managing complex air itineraries and disruptions
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
