Responsibilities

• Year 1 (France): Manage KPIs, drive operational excellence, ensure P&L performance, and lead a small team of field technicians.
• Year 2 (France): Oversee EV charging network expansion, develop strategic partner relationships, and manage infrastructure deployment projects.
• Year 3 (Portugal): Lead a cross-functional high-impact project in areas such as Central Operations, Product & Engineering, Energy Optimization, or Data & Analytics.
• Post-Program: Transition into a management role to lead key strategic projects.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) from a top-tier business or engineering school
• Analytical and business-oriented mindset
• Entrepreneurial spirit and leadership potential
• Passion for sustainable mobility
• Fluency in French and English
• Willingness to relocate to Paris (2 years) and Portugal (1 year)
