Future Leaders Program – Management (Plumbing)

Responsibilities

• Rotate through a four-phase program covering supply chain, operations, sales, and leadership
• Manage warehouse tasks including shipping, receiving, and inventory management
• Build and maintain customer and vendor relationships
• Develop material quotes and read blueprints
• Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts
• Lead and mentor teams while managing profitability and operations

Requirements

• Recent university or college graduate (all disciplines)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to relocate within Canada for training
