Future Expedition Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Drive future expedition revenue by inspiring guests to reserve their next voyage while onboard
• Conduct private consultations, future voyage presentations, and loyalty events
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Atlas fleet, itineraries, and onboard product
• Build authentic guest relationships through social hosting, dining, and tours
• Coordinate onboard sales activity with shoreside reservations and marketing teams
• Collaborate with Expedition and Hotel teams to maintain brand consistency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or Communications, or equivalent industry experience
• Demonstrated success in luxury or expedition cruise sales, travel consulting, or hospitality
• 2+ years of onboard experience in related jobs
• Superior communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Valid STCW certification and required flag or medical documents
• Valid Passport (at least 6 months expiration)
• Seaman’s Book, Medical Certificate, and International Certificate of Vaccination
