Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of engineering projects across a range of sectors
• Learn to use industry-standard engineering software and digital tools
• Attend project meetings and gain exposure to client interactions
• Participate in site visits to observe construction, commissioning, and project delivery activities
• Work closely with mentors and experienced engineers
• Complete assignments and assessments as part of academic studies
• Build professional skills including communication, teamwork, and problem-solving

Requirements

• Leaving Certificate with passes in Mathematics, English or Irish, and three additional subjects
• Ability to attend both the Dublin office and TU Dublin as required
• Commitment to completing a five-year work-and-study programme
• Strong numeracy, analytical thinking, and communication skills
• Interest in engineering through STEM activities, coding, or design
