Fusus Camera Facilitator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding of new cameras into the Axon Fūsus platform with property owners, IT teams, and integrators
• Validate camera compatibility, connectivity, and placement for operational use
• Assist with installation scheduling, network setup, and configuration support
• Provide training and support materials for stakeholders and community partners
• Conduct routine audits of camera health, uptime, and feed performance
• Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and recommended improvements

Requirements

• Experience with Axon Fusus as an end-user or Administrator
• Ability to configure camera metadata, geolocation mapping, and user permissions
• Strong understanding of IP camera systems and network connectivity
• Experience troubleshooting camera hardware, cabling, and network issues
• Ability to diagnose connectivity, power, routing, firewall, and bandwidth issues
• Experience coordinating with integrators, vendors, IT departments, or property owners
• Capable of conducting site assessments for camera placement and network readiness
• Understanding of video security principles and data privacy requirements
