Fusion Sales Representative, Expansion

Responsibilities

• Expand Fusion customer accounts by identifying high-leverage workflows, teams, and product areas for seat increases or advanced tier upgrades.
• Execute end-to-end virtual sales cycles, including qualification, solution alignment, objection handling, and closing.
• Develop targeted expansion plans for assigned territories to prioritize immediate revenue lift.
• Partner with Fusion Data Specialists and Technical Sales to deliver high-quality demos and technical validation.
• Collaborate with the "land" team to ensure seamless customer handoffs and a consistent sales strategy.
• Manage a disciplined pipeline and provide accurate forecasting using Salesforce and modern sales tools.

Requirements

• Proven success in software expansion, inside sales, or account management roles.
• Proficiency in running high-velocity virtual sales cycles via phone and video conferencing.
• Demonstrated ability to uncover expansion opportunities within existing accounts and convert them into revenue.
• Strong stakeholder influence skills, with the ability to engage audiences ranging from technical users to executive leadership.
• Experience engaging with design, engineering, or manufacturing professionals.
