About the role

Responsibilities

  • Expand Fusion customer accounts by identifying high-leverage workflows, teams, and product areas for additional seats, advanced tiers, or PLM.
  • Execute end-to-end virtual sales cycles, including qualification, solution alignment, objection handling, and closing.
  • Develop targeted expansion plans for assigned territories to prioritize immediate revenue lift.
  • Partner with Fusion Data Specialists and Technical Sales to deliver high-quality demos and technical validation.
  • Collaborate with the land team to ensure seamless customer handoffs and a consistent sales strategy.
  • Multi-thread within existing accounts to uncover hidden opportunities and drive expansion momentum.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting using Salesforce and modern sales tools.

Requirements

  • Proven success in software expansion, inside sales, or account management roles focused on revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in running high-velocity, digital-first virtual sales cycles via phone and video conferencing.
  • Demonstrated ability to uncover expansion opportunities within existing accounts and convert them into closed business.
  • Strong ability to influence multiple stakeholders, ranging from technical users to executive leadership.
  • Comfort engaging with professional audiences in design, engineering, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Competitive drive and a growth mindset suitable for a fast-moving, startup-style environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in cloud-native technology, AI-driven workflows, and modern manufacturing transformation.
  • Experience working with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) or advanced data solutions.
