Furniture Delivery Driver

Responsibilities

• Plan efficient daily routes to ensure punctual deliveries and optimal service
• Drive professionally to deliver furniture to client locations
• Assemble and install furniture according to precise customer specifications
• Engage with clients in a courteous and professional manner
• Conduct comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Adhere to all safety measures and regulatory standards
• Communicate any delivery or vehicle issues promptly to supervisors

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• CDL Class A or B license
• 1+ year of CDL truck driving experience
• Experience with basic furniture assembly
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical certificate
• Ability to lift at least 75 lbs
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills
