Furniture Assembly And Kitchen Installation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensure the IKEA store provides high-quality furniture assembly services for a successful customer shopping experience
• Provide professional, fast, and friendly furniture assembly and kitchen installation services
• Deliver IKEA items to customer locations accurately and ensure packaging is undamaged
• Verify installation drawings and measured data for accuracy
• Inform customers professionally about installation procedures and IKEA design concepts
• Handle customer advice or complaints efficiently to maintain service quality

Requirements

• At least one to two years of assembly and installation experience
• Ability to use and maintain power tools
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Hold Class 3 & 4 driving licence
• Positive working attitude and ability to work under pressure
