Funds & ETFs Platform Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the Bank’s mutual fund and ETF platform end-to-end, including the approved product universe and product lifecycle.
• Maintain relationships with external fund managers and asset managers to ensure access to product updates and market insights.
• Monitor Bank book exposure by fund, strategy, and asset manager to assess concentration levels and potential risks.
• Coordinate with the Global Funds Unit on the selection, review, and monitoring of mutual funds and ETFs.
• Identify investment opportunities and translate them into actionable product recommendations and investment proposals.
• Support advisors, bankers, and investment teams with product expertise and comparative analysis.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to ensure effective delivery of platform management and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in investment products or platform management.
• Strong knowledge of mutual funds, ETFs, asset allocation, and investment strategies.
• Expertise in fund selection, due diligence, and manager evaluation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and investment research tools such as Morningstar, Bloomberg, or FactSet.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
