Funds & Banking Associate I

Responsibilities

• Resolve client inquiries via calls, chats, and emails regarding asset and cash transfers
• Partner closely with the back office to manage and resolve global securities-related queries
• Perform systematic follow-ups to resolve pending transfers, settlements, differences, and breaks
• Support Operations Service in day-to-day transactional business related to global custody and settlements
• Ensure all queries are resolved within agreed service levels to maintain high client satisfaction
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement regarding process efficiency and client service

Requirements

• University degree (Bachelors) required
• Previous client service experience within the financial or securities industry
• Knowledge of securities settlements and cash transfers
• Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
• Ability to work rotational shifts, including night shifts
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience specifically in Global Custody products
• Experience in an International BPO environment for banking or finance processes
• MBA with a finance profile
