About the role
Responsibilities
- Advise on fund structuring, launches, product development, distribution, and governance
- Draft and negotiate fund documentation, investment management agreements, side letters, and related contracts
- Support regulatory change projects, including sustainability regulation, SFDR, marketing, disclosures, and governance frameworks
- Partner with legal, product, investment, compliance, operations, and external counsel teams
Requirements
- Experience in funds, investment management, asset management, or financial services regulation
- Background with private funds, UCITS, ETFs, LTAFs, NURS, or alternative investments
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and legal advisory skills
- Commercial judgment, analytical ability, and stakeholder management
