Funding Manager

Responsibilities

• Expand institutional partnerships with commercial banks, BPRs, multifinance companies, and other lenders
• Oversee comprehensive funding initiatives and cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with external institutions
• Develop and execute strategies to optimize the cost of funds, manage liquidity, and maximize capital efficiency
• Lead end-to-end negotiations regarding deal structuring, pricing, and commercial terms
• Manage the funding pipeline, including documentation, disbursement workflows, and covenant monitoring
• Act as the primary point of contact for institutional lenders to ensure alignment with internal risk and operations teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Banking, Multifinance, P2P Lending, Private Credit, or Asset Management
• Proven track record in sourcing, negotiating, and closing institutional deals
• Strong understanding of Indonesian financial services regulations and compliance standards
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills for engaging high-level stakeholders
• Ability to work on-site in South Jakarta

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in fast-paced FinTech startups or tech-driven financial environments
• Experience managing High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients or private wealth segments
• Established professional network within the local Indonesian banking ecosystem
