Funding Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end funding delivery process for auto lending products
• Build and scale funding delivery processes, controls, and operational reporting
• Investigate funding exceptions and delivery failures through root cause analysis
• Establish quality standards for loan files to meet regulatory and investor requirements
• Partner with Product, Operations, Capital Markets, and Engineering teams to design scalable workflows
• Develop metrics and dashboards to provide visibility into funding health and operational risks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in lending operations, loan funding, or financial services operations
• Experience managing loan funding, delivery, or investor reporting processes
• Experience using operational metrics and data to implement process improvements
• Experience partnering cross-functionally across capital markets, engineering, and compliance teams
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools for operational process improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of auto lending products and loan sale processes
• Experience designing operational controls within a regulated financial institution
• Ability to build scalable documentation for audit and regulatory requirements
• Skills in SQL, Excel, or business intelligence tools
• Experience working with lending partners, investors, or custodians
