Fundamentals Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Monitor data alerts and retrieve financial documents to ensure analysts have accurate information
• Identify and validate correct financial documents for company models
• Investigate and resolve user requests related to model update queries
• Support financial analysts with data needs and day-to-day operational tasks
• Execute ad hoc projects to improve data quality and operational processes
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and leverage AI tools
• Maintain and expand the coverage universe across liquid and private credit markets

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage large volumes of data with high attention to detail
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to work under pressure
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to switch contexts and adjust priorities quickly
• Background in data operations or a similar role within financial services
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
