Fund Servicing Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting and securities records for administered funds, ensuring adherence to all prescribed controls.
• Investigate and resolve issues where accounting or securities transactions breach system validation tolerances.
• Ensure timely production of NAV and accounting validation while escalating management issues as needed.
• Provide training and mentorship to new hires within the team.
• Propose and implement improvements to current working methods to increase the efficiency and resilience of the operating platform.
• Foster a collaborative environment by building trusting relationships with peers, managers, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in fund accounting and administration, specifically focusing on maintaining accurate securities records.
• Proven ability to recognize, prevent, and respond to fraudulent activities to protect the organization and clients.
• Proficiency in continuous improvement, including the application of innovation and design thinking to improve platform scale and efficiency.
• Advanced emotional intelligence with a track record of establishing credibility with diverse stakeholders.

• Strong presentation skills for communicating fund performance and insights to stakeholders.
• Expertise in leading process improvement efforts and managing change initiatives.
• Proficiency in leveraging data and technology literacy to implement technology-driven solutions.
• In-depth market product knowledge to ensure services align with industry standards.
• Experience overseeing project management activities for the delivery of fund servicing projects.
