Fund Servicing Associate

Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate and timely production of daily and monthly fund accounting activities, including Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations.
• Review and validate financial statements to ensure accurate sign-offs across all stakeholders in the valuation process.
• Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with internal and external control requirements.
• Develop and implement efficient, standardized workflows to drive consistency and productivity across operational handoffs.
• Lead and motivate the team by managing performance, providing coaching, and fostering a culture of continuous development.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive service delivery and responsiveness to requirements.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds, Fund Accounting, GAAP accounting principles, and Account Reconciliation.
• Deep understanding of the securities industry, including dividends, interest, corporate actions, and trading activities.
• Proven analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities to manage competing deliverables.
• Effective negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Possession of a Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA, or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
