Fund Servicing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance exceptions at daily cutoffs and ensure timely escalation of material issues
• Analyze exceptions using instrument data, rule logic, and prospectus terms to determine validity
• Collaborate with data management and rule teams to remediate false positives and validate fixes
• Manage compliance processes and schedules to ensure timely completion and adherence to SLAs
• Research and resolve data import and feed issues with providers and internal stakeholders
• Generate and present Management Information (MI) regarding alert volumes, turnaround times, and run timeliness
• Maintain audit trails, decision logs, and ensure all procedures remain current and effective

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with experience interrogating datasets to validate rule triggers
• Solid understanding of investment instruments, portfolio structures, and fund restrictions
• Familiarity with rule-based compliance engines and scheduling concepts
• Proficiency in root cause analysis and implementing durable defect fixes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder alignment and audit documentation
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, data analysis tools, and interpreting feed logs

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in investment compliance, middle-office controls, or data operations
• Experience with rule configuration for compliance engines and common data providers
• Familiarity with ticketing and issue tracking tools for exception management
• Knowledge of market data, financial products, and accounting platforms
