Fund Servicing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate and timely daily Net Asset Values in line with service expectations
• Oversee daily production workflows and track progress against agreed processing deadlines
• Investigate valuation and cash breaks, escalate issues, and drive resolution
• Partner with client service to respond to client inquiries and deliver updates
• Maintain established procedures, controls, and documentation standards
• Validate inputs and outputs to support quality and completeness of deliverables
• Coordinate with offshore partners to ensure smooth handoffs
• Identify operational risks and recommend mitigation actions
• Propose process efficiencies to reduce risk and increase throughput

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in fund accounting, fund administration, or accounting operations
• Working knowledge of the daily fund valuation lifecycle
• Ability to analyze discrepancies and solve problems under time constraints
• Strong attention to detail regarding accuracy and timeliness
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, including filters, pivots, and reconciliations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with global teammates across time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience overseeing work performed by offshore or shared services partners
• Experience with daily Net Asset Value oversight for complex products
• Familiarity with operational risk concepts and control frameworks
• Experience driving process improvements and standardizing checklists
• Exposure to fund accounting platforms and data workflows
