Fund Servicing Analyst/Associate

Responsibilities

• Create, automate, and maintain client reports using Tableau and Alteryx
• Schedule and automate report generation and distribution to meet client deadlines
• Build and optimize Alteryx workflows for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
• Design interactive dashboards in Tableau to present complex data clearly and effectively
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across all client reports
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data, workflows, and reporting processes
• Document processes, workflows, and reporting standards for compliance and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or Finance
• Proven experience in client reporting, ideally within financial or professional services
• Strong proficiency in Tableau for dashboard creation and data visualization
• Solid experience with Alteryx for data preparation, ETL, and workflow automation
• Ability to work the WHEM Shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Reporting
• Ability to gather and analyze complex data to support accurate conclusions
• Solution-driven mindset
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
