Fund Services Accounting Trades

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance of accurate accounting and securities records for administered funds, ensuring adherence to all prescribed controls.
• Investigate and resolve complex issues where accounting or securities transactions breach system validation tolerances.
• Implement and execute operational procedures to ensure tasks are completed accurately and within established timelines.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Technology, Product, Sales, and Program Management.
• Identify vulnerabilities in fund servicing processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and resilience.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in fund accounting and administration, specifically focusing on maintaining accurate accounting and securities records.
• Demonstrated proficiency in identifying and resolving issues related to accounting or securities transactions.
• Proven ability to implement operational procedures and controls, with a focus on cybersecurity and anti-fraud measures.
• Advanced emotional intelligence with a track record of building trusting relationships and influencing positive outcomes for teams and clients.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working across multiple business areas or functions to deliver complex results.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, fund administration, accounting, or custody.
