About the role
Responsibilities
- Raise awareness about clients at public places, offices, via phone, or at homes
- Inspire individuals to contribute funds and become financial supporters
- Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, lead development, and proposal writing
- Respond to RFPs and manage account closures
- Deliver presentations and calls to explain campaigns clearly
- Meet set income targets by signing paid supporters
Requirements
- Purpose-driven and creative mindset
- Self-confident with a willingness to learn and work hard
- Strong team player capable of working across functions
- Proficiency in English (oral and written)
- Comfortable using technology and social media
Preferred Qualifications
- Spoken Kannada is desirable
