Fund Order Services Vice President

Responsibilities

• Oversee CAAR and unit dealing services for clients in a fast-paced environment with a focus on risk mitigation
• Critically assess current and future state operations and drive improvements in the future state model
• Analyze and document business requirements in coordination with management, clients, IT, and vendors
• Maintain effective internal and external relationships with key stakeholders and act as an escalation point
• Ensure all team deliverables are met within deadlines and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and controls
• Manage, train, and develop staff, including performance reviews and handling employee relations
• Provide coaching and development opportunities to staff to support professional growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 10+ years of professional experience
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the fund trading industry
